The Grace Hotel Sydney, member of Federal Hotels International and client of protel`s business partner XN Australia Pty Ltd., received the Highly Commended Australian Hotels Association Awards (AHA) for Excellence 2006 in The Best Superior Hotel Category.
Federal Hotels International (FHI) is pleased to announce that The Grace Hotel Sydney received the Highly Commended Australian Hotels Association Awards (AHA) 2006 for Excellence in the Best Superior Hotel category during the recent 2006 glittering Gala Award Ceremony in Sydney for the third time. The Australian Hotels Association (NSW) Awards for Excellence are recognised as the most prestigious awards in the hotel industry honouring the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories across the accommodation division.
Mr Philip Pratley, General Manager of The Grace Hotel Sydney said ?We are incredibly proud of our achievements to be highly commended again in 2006 following similar awards in 2001 and 2004, this award reinforces and demonstrates The Grace has been able to maintain a high level of consistency which has been recognised by our guests and peers. The continuous improvement program in services and facilities in association with our recently completed rooms refurbishment program has been acknowledged. We will soon be providing further improvements to facilities and services with the renovation of our Café restaurant, due for completion by the fourth quarter of 2006 which will further enhance our guests experience.?
